The Art of Being Together – Inner Preparation for Christmas
We associate the Christmas holidays with peace, love, gift-giving, and pleasant time with family. However, reality is often different. When we all meet at once, old conflicts, unspoken grievances, or tensions we’ve suppressed throughout the year may surface — and alcohol usually makes the situation even worse.
Is it possible to prepare for Christmas in a way that makes it truly peaceful? Can we prepare not only our households, but also our inner selves?
We believe that yes, it is possible. The key lies in a conscious approach to ourselves and to others. Methodical empathy offers a way to understand our reactions, heal sensitive areas, and remain balanced even during challenging family moments.
LECTURER
Yehuda Tagar – Yehuda L. K. Tagar – counselor, psychotherapist, organizational consultant, and trainer with 40 years of experience in Central Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia, and South Africa. He is the director of the Psychophonetics Institute International, CEO of the Psychophonetics Foundation, director of PACE (Psychosophy Academy of Central Europe), and co-director of the School of Empathy in Slovakia.
